FAQ Of Customer

If you have any questions please ask us and we will answer you as quickly as possible Make a question now!

Hard chrome plating is an electroplating process that deposits a thick chromium layer onto metal components to improve wear resistance, corrosion protection, surface hardness, and service life. It is widely used in hydraulic, pneumatic, printing, and heavy engineering applications.

We offer flexible plating thickness from 8 to 400 microns and can process both outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID) components, with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 600 mm and lengths up to 1100 mm.

Our advanced surface finishing systems deliver surface smoothness up to 4 Ra with a consistent coating hardness of approximately 68 Rc, ensuring excellent performance, reduced friction, and extended component life.

Yes. We specialize in repair and salvage plating, rebuilding worn or damaged components through thick chrome build-up and precision finishing—often restoring parts to original specifications or better.

GECO Chrome operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system with strict process controls, SCADA-monitored plating parameters, advanced waste treatment facilities, and robust safety protocols to ensure consistent quality and full regulatory compliance.
